「新北消防行動App」為新北市政府消防局專為新北市市民所建置的行動消防資訊系統，民眾可隨時隨地透過此App取得本局所提供的即時推播訊息及避難引導等資訊，亦可提供訊息給本局，如進行119報案及違規檢舉等功能。
「新北消防行動App」內含五大功能，分別為：即時訊息、線上申辦、引導功能、消防宣導及119消防報案功能。
【即時訊息】為本市消防局所發布的即時推播訊息，新北市市民可自行設定所需的關注地點及訊息項目來過濾出需要即時訊息。
【線上申辦】新北市市民可提供申請表單給消防局，由本局承辦人員專門為您處理所需的申辦項目，如違規檢舉、居家安全訪視、預防火災及救護宣導申請等功能。
【引導功能】可引導市民前往離自己最近的避難地點，以及當颱風發生時期，引導市民將車輛停放於附近的停車場。
【消防宣導】提供市民防災、搶救、救護、火災預防等宣導資訊，並且提供影音及宣傳海報供民眾下載使用。
【119消防報案】提供新北市市民可透過App進行119報案，亦可讓瘖瘂人士進行網路報案，報案時可透過App的特性傳送所在位置的經緯度及現場影像，供119指揮中心可透過這些資訊，更快速且準確的提供救災救護資源。
