Com o Zap Carioca, diversas áreas da Prefeitura se comunicarão com seu público alvo através de uma ferramenta que entende que a comunicação deve ocorrer da maneira certa,
no momento certo.
Solicitou um alvará? Seja informado do andamento do processo pelo Zap.
Teve seu carro rebocado? Saiba disso no momento em que acontecer o reboque.
Receba a confirmação da matrícula de seu filho.
Receba as notificações de seus recursos de multas.
Seja informado de que o contracheque online está disponível (apenas para servidores municipais).
Diversos serviços serão acrescentados pouco a pouco no Zap Carioca.
Para que o Zap Carioca funcione, o cidadão deverá estar cadastrado no Carioca Digital (http://carioca.rio).
FUNCIONALIDADES
- Nessa primeira versão, comunicação unidirecional da Prefeitura para o cidadão e da Prefeitura para seus servidores;
- Informes individuais, para grupos ou por bairros;
- Para receber informes por bairros, o usuário deverá apontar os bairros de interesse no Carioca Digital (em http://carioca.rio , Editar Perfil)
