O Campeonato Estadual de Matemática (CEM) é destinado a estudantes de escolas públicas estaduais do Ensino Médio e oferece como prêmio uma viagem ao Cabo
Canaveral, nos Estados Unidos, para conhecer a NASA, a agência espacial norte-americana.
É promovido pelo Centro de Simulação e Intercâmbio da Escola de Engenharia de Minas Gerais (EMGE), em parceria com o Movimento EcoDom.
O campeonato serve como treinamento complementar para o Enem e é voltado para alunos do 2º e 3º anos do ensino médio, estudantes do projeto Educação de Jovens Adultos (EJA),
de cursos técnicos e para aqueles que já concluíram seus estudos nos dois últimos anos.
Está chegando a segunda edição do Campeonato Estadual de Matemática (CEM) promovido pela Escola de Engenharia de Minas Gerais (EMGE). Com o intuito de estimular a difusão da
cultura matemática e de identificar novos talentos dessa ciência, a EMGE oferece a oportunidade para jovens não matriculados em instituições de ensino superior, com idades
entre 16 e 21 anos, de competir em busca de premiações como bolsas de estudo e uma viagem para a Agência Espacial Norte-Americana (NASA).

The State Mathematics Championship (CEM) is aimed at students from state public high schools and offers a trip to Cape Canaveral, in the United States, to
meet NASA, the American space agency.
It is promoted by the Simulation and Exchange Center of the Minas Gerais School of Engineering (EMGE), in partnership with the EcoDom Movement.
The championship serves as complementary training for Enem and is aimed at students in the 2nd and 3rd years of high school, students in the Education Project for Young
Adults (EJA), in technical courses and for those who have already completed their studies in the last two years.
The second edition of the State Mathematics Championship (CEM) promoted by the Minas Gerais School of Engineering (EMGE) is coming. In order to stimulate the diffusion of
mathematical culture and to identify new talents from this science, EMGE offers the opportunity for young people not enrolled in higher education institutions, aged between
16 and 21 years, to compete in search of awards such as scholarships. study and a trip to the North American Space Agency (NASA).
