Un día lunes 14 de octubre de 2008 empezabamos a transmitir en forma experimental para el Bº El Palomar con un alcance de 2 kilometros.
Con la colaboración de mucha gente que estaba muy feliz de que su barrio tuviera su propia estación de radio, preparamos todo para el domingo siguiete que sería el Día de
la Madre. Teníamos todo menos el nombre de la radio, entonces pensamos que si la radio está en el barrio tendría que llevar el nombre del mismo... y así fue!
El sabado 19 de octubre del 2008 preparamos el estudio desde donde la radio iba a transmitir. Estuvimos toda la noche del sábado hasta la madrugada del domingo... cuando
todo estaba listo A las 7:00 de la mañana del domingo 20 de octubre de 2008, Día de la Madre, nacía Radio El Palomar.
Empezamos a crecer y hasta ahora no paramos...
Con un dinamismo diferente a los demás, con buena música, una amplia variedad en todos los géneros musicales, la mejor información y la más grata compañia llegamos a
nuestros oyentes cubriendo hoy el 20% de la provincia de Tucumán, Ahora también para el mundo a través de internet...
