Приложение на базе СБИС Presto для работы официанта у столика.
Официант видит подробное описание и фото всех блюд, а значит быстро и точно проконсультирует гостей. Когда заказ набран, официант отправляет его на кухню, если надо, задавая
курсы подачи – что приготовить сразу, а что позднее. Блюда готовы – официант получает уведомление и сразу забирает их на кухне. При расчете с гостями дистанционно печатает
счет на принтере.Особенности:
— Следите за готовностью блюд – по каждому заказу официант видит статус – создан, готовится, можно забирать, подан клиенту.
— Бронирование столиков – выбор столика на наглядной схеме зала, внесение предоплаты, предзаказ блюд.
— Интерактивная рассадка гостей – разместите каждого гостя на своем месте за виртуальным столиком и присвойте каждому аватарку, чтобы точно не перепутать, кто и что
заказал.
— Учитывайте предпочтения гостя – выберите степень прожарки мяса или необходимый соус на панели модификаторов, напишите в комментариях «без лука».
— Поддержка любых операций с заказами – разделение, «пересадка» за другой стол, перенос блюд между гостями и т.д.
— Индикация блюд в стоп-листе – с указанием доступного для заказа количества порций.
— Мотивация персонала – зарплата, премии, планы продаж, бейджи за успехи и «косяки».
— Выбор темы оформления – темная подойдет для заведений с приглушенным светом, светлая оптимальна для работы в дневное время – у ваших сотрудников не будут уставать
глаза.
