related to Flood Control.
About HELLO WRD App.
The mobile application Hello WRD, has been developed for following purposes :-
This mobile app facilitates redressal of flood related issues of the affected peoples, specifically those who live in flood-prone districts of Bihar. People in Bihar can now
report flood related information pertaining to any breach, crack, seepage, etc. in the embankments of rivers etc. on WRD's official app – “Hello WRD”. The information being
shared by public in the “Shikayat Peti” of the app, will be taken up for immediate action by WRD, Government of Bihar.
Hello WRD facilitates the respective Departmental engineers to fill & submit flood related data such as – Discharge of Important Rivers; Water Level of Important Rivers;
Rain Fall Data of Bihar & Nepal; Rainfall Forecast in Bihar & Nepal & Khairiyat etc. online.
Apart from “Hello WRD” Mobile App, a 24 x 7 "Central Flood Control Cell Cum Help Desk" Hello WRD Call Centre has been established at Water Resources Department (WRD), GoB, for
login Grievances from the Public through Hello WRD Toll Free Number 1800 3456 145 & also through the website www.wrdbihar.com
