Restart Counter 1.0 [free]

Restart Counter was made due to a issue I and several others are seeing with the One plus One Android device. It seems to randomly reboot it's self and I wanted simple automated way to track how many times it happened. Very limited initial release you'll see the counter on the main screen increment each time the device is rebooted.
