SH LEVANTE es una empresa joven, 100%valenciana, comprometida con el entorno medioambiental y social que aporta un valor añadido a la distribución
hortofructícola, llevándola a una total profesionalización en el día a día.
A través del catálogo de productos los clientes de SH LEVANTE realizan a diario los pedidos. Esto ha significado para la empresa un ahorro, tanto en el tiempo de recepción
de pedidos como en el dinero de llamadas de teléfono, que ha superado todas las expectativas.
Al mismo tiempo con el apartado de noticias mantienen a sus clientes informados de cualquier cambio en horarios, novedades de productos, etc.
La pasión, visión y entusiasmo de Sergio Bautista y Lamberto Chardí han contribuido a la creación de una app única en el mercado.
ACM APPS SL quiere agradecer la confianza depositada por parte de SH LEVANTE para la realización de este proyecto. Ellos ha sido los primeros en confiar en nosotros para
llevar a cabo una App para el sector de la distribución.
Gracias a ello hemos creado un producto (App + Intranet de Gestión) útil para nuestro cliente así como para los suyos.
Canalizar los canales de entrada en la gestión diaria de recepción de pedidos en las empresas de distribución es un objetivo común en todas ellas. Diariamente se reciben
pedidos por teléfono, buzón de voz, Whatsapp, e-mail y hasta por fax!!!….
Con esta herramienta, y la implicación de la empresa en la difusión entre sus clientes de la misma, se puede conseguir canalizar la atención de la empresa a un solo canal
de recepción de pedidos generados a través de la App. Así mismo, se eliminan posibles equívocos ya que tanto SH LEVANTE como su cliente reciben copia del pedido realizado
a través de la App.
