With this app you can charge phone, and app will notify when charge is increased the given number. This application is battery efficient and don't run in the background, only few time it wake up a little period of time and check battery status and then sleeps. So there will be one or two minutes delay, but it is not critical, it's important to use less battery. Minimalistic design and functionality. It will not notify when total silence is enabled or it was killed manually or with task killers.
