OPEN台南1999為提供民眾服務管道多元化，開發行動載具專用App，提供登錄案件、查詢案件、服務說明與撥打1999網路電話等功能。
1. 線上通報：以簡潔介面提供各類案件通報功能。
本App具有GPS自動定位功能及LBS服務。
2. 案件查詢：輸入案件編號及陳情人個人資訊，即可查詢App通報案件的處理情形。
3. 附近案件：顯示所在地點附近通報案件，讓使用者快速了解周邊通報情形。
4. 我的紀錄：為會員專屬功能，顯示會員通報案件，讓會員快速掌握案件狀態及內容。
5. 會員註冊：會員註冊後可於通報案件時直接帶入資訊、節省通報時間，並可於「我的紀錄」完整查詢通報紀錄。
6. 市政新聞：可查看市府發布的新聞與消息。
7. 撥打1999專線：提供以網路電話、Juiker網路電話、手機電信業者撥打等方式撥打1999專線。
8. 跑馬燈提示：即時告知災害警示、颱風停班課、或與1999市民服務平台相關訊息。
OPEN Tainan 1999 provides diversified service channels for the public and develops a dedicated App for mobile vehicles. It provides functions such as
logging in cases, inquiring cases, service descriptions and making 1999 Internet calls.
1. Online notification: Provide a brief interface for various case notification functions. This App has GPS automatic positioning function and LBS service.
2. Case Inquiry: Enter the case number and personal information of Chen Qingren, you can inquire about the processing status of the case reported by the App.
3. Nearby cases: Display the notified cases near the location, so that users can quickly understand the surrounding notification situation.
4. My record: It is a member-only function, which displays the case notified by the member, so that the member can quickly grasp the status and content of the case.
5. Member registration: After registering, the member can directly bring in information when reporting the case, saving the reporting time, and can check the notification
record in "My Records".
6. Municipal News: You can view the news and news released by the municipal government.
7. Dial 1999 special line: It provides dialing 1999 special line by means of Internet phone, Juiker Internet phone, and mobile phone service providers.
