Fixes:
-Eliminated the possibility of some select steps within a group displaying the wrong step's set of available options.
-Indicated "Claiming..." on the Claim button while processing claiming and caching a Vue for offline use.
-Fixed a scenario which could stall the My Vues page loading process while in progress on a Vue.
-Fixed plus button for adding a group instance to always appear when the group has 0 instances (determining conditional group visibility needs at least 1 group instance).
